Read 4 Unity was founded on a simple belief: every child deserves access to books that reflect the diversity of our world.
Books can be mirrors — helping children see their own identities and experiences.
They can also be windows — helping children discover different people, cultures, and perspectives.

Yenny is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for children through literacy and community. As founder of Read 4 Unity, she works alongside partners to bring books, diverse stories, and hope to communities with limited access to books. She believes small acts of kindness can open doors and help build a more inclusive, compassionate future for every child. Inspired by her home city of Atlanta and the resilience of its communities, she is committed to making a difference—one book at a time.
