Since 2023, Read 4 Unity has donated more than 3,000 books to our partner, Jolly Elementary School in Clarkston, Georgia. We are proud to serve as the primary book provider for the school's beloved book vending machine, while also providing book bundles for students and classroom libraries.

Located in one of Georgia's most diverse communities and a longtime home to refugee and immigrant families, Clarkston is a place where 36.6% of residents are foreign-born, and 34.4% live below the poverty line. (Census.gov)

For many children, access to books that reflect their cultures, identities, and experiences can make a meaningful difference. Through our partnership with Jolly Elementary, we're helping put more diverse books directly into the hands—and homes—of young readers.

One book at a time, we're helping every child see themselves in the story. 💛📚

Since partnering with the City of Statesboro Village Builders Program, Read 4 Unity has helped bring more than 4,000 books and 400 stuffed bears to children and families in the community.

Thanks to the generosity of our corporate partners and our partnership with Little Free Library, we have also installed 14 Read 4 Unity Mini Libraries in book desert communities—helping bring free, accessible books closer to the children and families who need them most.

Together, these efforts have reached more than 2,000 readers, creating more opportunities for children to discover the joy of reading, build their own home libraries, and find stories that inspire them.

This is what partnership can do. When communities, businesses, and organizations come together, thousands of books—and a little extra joy—can find their way into the hands of young readers. 💛📚🧸
